Seb has been a singer and songwriter for over 30 years. He rose to fame in the French Canadian market with his band, The Respectables, in the late ’90s, scoring more than 20 radio singles over a span of about 15 years. One of the band’s highlights was opening for The Rolling Stones at the Bell Center in Montreal on January 8, 2003.

Now on his own musical journey, Seb has partnered with his fiancée, singer and actress Jessyka Lapierre, on all things music. Together, they are set to release a brand-new album of French compositions this spring. The first single will hit French radio airwaves on March 21!

​

Both passionate about vintage blues and rock ’n’ roll, SEB & JESS are also known as a one-man-band duo, performing a unique repertoire of classic masterpieces revisited in their own style, alongside original songs crafted in the same spirit. These original works are also featured in the SEB PLANTE PUBLISHING catalogue.

​

The couple also runs their own production company, Rock N Stone Productions, which not only produces their own recordings but also serves as a booking agency for SEB & JESS live shows and emerging Quebec artists.

​

In addition to their upcoming French EP this spring, they will soon be releasing an EP of their best Rock N Blues repertoire, fulfilling both sides of their musical identity.
